Yes,we welcome sample order or trial order before mass order, this can help customers know more information about our chair quality. Generally, our sample charges 2 times of the normal prices, and we will refund after cost after your official bulk purchase .

Of course, we welcome customer provide us own design idea or clear picture,we can discuss about it and do our best to do same like yours,colorful carton or embroider logo on the chair,also workable for us. 

For one 40' HQ container quantity , the lead time is 7 to 14 days. Please always check with our sales team for certain.

LC, T/T, D/A, D/P are all accepted. But for Documents against Acceptance and Documents against Payment are strictly managed, only reputed buyers are accepted. Sometimes we require third part guarantee. We generally require 30% advanced deposit before production, and the left are paid before the arrival to the port of destination.

We encourage customers to buy a full 40HQ products because it lowers the costs for you. We also accept LCL if you accept the relatively higher cost.

Tianjin is the closest port to our factory, so by default it is Tianjin port.
